1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using any services or equipment provided by Digital Equipment, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our products or services. By using Digital Equipment, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Usage: Our products are intended for professional and personal use. Any misuse, reverse engineering, or resale without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods. We accept UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards.

5. Warranty: Each product is covered by a limited warranty as specified in the product manual. The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Return & Refund Policy: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

7. Shipping: Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Digital Equipment.

8. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and trademarks are the property of Digital Equipment and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or profit loss.

11. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at any time, without prior notice, if any term is violated.

12. Updates to Terms: We may update these terms periodically. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.
